though you swear that you are true, i'd still pick my friends over you

DEC 28, 2007 FRIDAY AFTERNOON

a stranger texted me..he wanted to befriend me..of course at first i thought that he's just some maniac who wanted to meet me in person and make you know..ehem..excuse the word..make love! yuck.yuck.yuck!! what's wrong with me why am i saying this?! i'm a wise girl..i won't fall for his pranks i'm sure..i even warned him na pag nalaman kong niloloko niya ako, uupakan ko siya kahit taga cainta pa siya! he replied "jusko di kita niloloko baliw na lang ako kung gawin ko yun..mabait akong tao noh" anyways..he proved to me that he just wanted to make a new friend since he's just alone in his house..he wanted to have some company..aside from john prats, his bandmates and classmates [ yes. john prats.they're close.he's rich. ] but that is not the reason why i befriended him...he seems to be nice.. even though, i didn't tell him my name and i'm not sure if he told me his real name..so we decided to call each other parekoi.haha [ lastikman, ikaw ba yan?] whether he's lying to me or telling the truth, i don't really care as long as i know my boundaries and he knows his, we WILL NOT meet in person, we'll only communicate throught text..but on the contrary, i still consider him as a friend..

SATURDAY

we started to know each other..we have alot in common..both of us love music to death..he also likes CALLALILY! and he plays in a band..guess what--- he's the vocalist! gosh! that surprised me! because i could easily fall for a vocalist...uh-oh..i hated myself! i'm gonna kill myself if i fall for him someday.! and what's worse? he said he looks like kean!!! uhh..the nerves..but he sings like sam milby..at first i don't want to believe him maybe because he just want to win my heart..well in order for me to believe him he said he's going to send me his picture--but i don't know when..he even wanted to call me so i could hear his voice! what the heck! then i started to tell him about me and my friends planning to be in a band..i even told him that next year we will hold an auditon for a vocalist since we don't have a vocalist yet..he said that he's willing to leave his band to be in our band! why in the world will a person do that if you're close to being famous and you've jammed with some cool opm bands? he's really weird...then he confronted me..he likes me..he's falling for me..oh please...as if i'll believe that! madami na ang manloloko sa text ngayon..i told him i'm ugly, i'm fat..and all the pessimistic things that i could think of about myself..but he said "mauutusan mo ba ang puso mo na magmahal ng iba? eh paano kung sayo naman talaga tumitibok ang puso ko.." come on..guys' pick up lines won't work..laos na mga ganyan parekoi...good thing we still remained friends because i really enjoy his company..corny nga lang siya magpatawa..haha

DECEMBER 30,2007 SUNDAY

it's parekoi's 17th birthday! but he's not with his family..according to him he doesn't want to be with them because he's just adopted.. aww..poor parekoi..i even got angry at him on his birthday..uminom kaya siya..and he's not even in his legal age to drink! diba matapang yung red horse? sabi naman niya di daw siya lasing..nahihilo lang kasi naka dalawang bote lang siya..sira ulo talaga si parekoi..he even had the guts to roam around the mall! eh kung ma knockout yun dun? eh di nanakawan na siya...oh yeah i even informed CORDS ( my band's name but we're not an official band yet) about parekoi auditioning for the band..sinabi ko lang na kamukha ni kean at kaboses ni sam milby -- ba! okay na okay kay momi! hahaha.iba naman talaga pag gwapo..nyak.but at least we're complete ( di pa final yun cause one day he might leave the band ) C.O.R.D.S. stands for me: Chinky; Olarve,surname of parekoi; Rea; Dyane; and Steph. i gave parekoi the number of momi..di ko pa binigay ung kina istep kasi di pa nila sinasabi kung ibibigay ko o hindi..

that was the last i ever heard from parekoi...he may be dead now...haha! too cruel! he was out of load or maybe his cellphone was snatched..worse - he doesn't want me as a friend anymore..nako nagdrama na naman ako!!

DECEMBER 31, 2007 MONDAY MORNING nagparamdam na rin si parekoi....di pala siya marunong mag unlitext! haha.mayaman kasi eh.and he finally found out my name...momi accidentally told him..haii..

you caught me cause you want me then one day you just let go

i am having the worst christmas vacation ever...i just stay in front of the computer all day ..nothing new ever happpens to me..well if there is, it isn't so surprising at all...boredom kills me pathetically.....the more i stay at home the more i remember him..think about him...miss him more...uhh..i miss the first time we've ever met. i couldn't call it love at first sight cause we haven't seen each other. we met in an online game..i was in love and so was he..he told me he loves me but i didn't told him my feelings for i was afraid that i might lose him.

he tried to win my heart thrice but i didn't give him a chance...i told him to wait but now he's gone..well not actually like let go of the feelings he had for me..he has to move to another country..but he promised he'd be back FOR ME..that's the sweetest thing he ever told me..i almost cried when he said that..we didn't keep in touch because i believe in the saying "absence makes the heart grows fonder" and he knew that.haha.that's the time i felt that i am really loving this person.it's not infatuation.it is LOVE.i don't know how i came up with that idea but nobody really knows when you're going to fall in love and to whom you're gonna fall to, right?

i didn't know it would feel that way. i am not hoping or expecting that one day we'd finally be together..time will tell..and it's up to us to make that decision..it's up to ME to make that decision happen..he doesn't know that i love him back but he's happy that he loves me...he always say that to me when he was still here in the Philippines but i never told him that i love him too.i always knew that one day, he might lose hope but look...he's still there waiting for me...waiting to see me one day and be his...one day i'd look back to this memory..on how i held on for my love for this guy.....and how he held his love for me too..i will never ever forget about this..till the older i get..

Christmas isn't only about Santa Claus

Does it sound cliche to you? I got this phrase from a friend when she had to do an essay in English class about Christmas. Well I guess she's right. Christmas isn't only about food, having cool, new stuffs and receiving aguinaldos from elders. The real meaning of Christmas is about commemorating the day Jesus Christ came here on earth. Okay, I don't want to be melodramatic here lecturing you people about Chrismas since I know you all know that!

moving on, we had our last misa de gallo 30 minutes before christmas. the mass didn't take place in the church because obviously hundreds (yep hundreds!) of people will attend the mass so we had it at marina arcade. man the place was crowded! nagmukhang divisoria sa dami ng tao doon! tapos ang init pa! eventually the mass ended well. then i started to group message my classmates to greet them a merry christmas...then we ate noche buena. i only ate a little because i'm conscious with my weight.LOL. nothing exciting happened this midnight. it's already 3 am and i'm still infront of the pc. maybe later when the sun rises and everyone wakes up, something i expect happens. hopefully someone will call me! haha.

all i want for christmas is food!

haha.i'm just kidding.well me and my family had our last minute christmas shopping awhile ago at sm san fernando. we didn't arrive early because of the heavy traffic in the intersection. the police blocked their motorcycles in the intersection that's why we needed to go on the other way which caused us to stay for a long period of time in the street. just then this car in front of us stopped moving due to its empty gas tank. we still need to wait for caring filipino people to help the poor guy move his car out of the way.

upon arriving in sm, we ate in yellow cab as fast as we can so we could still roam around the mall. i didn't buy any clothes or new stuffs for i didn't bring any money so i decided to go with my brother in toy kingdom to look at some new gadgets and toys. then my mom and sister fetched us their and on we go to the supermarket. man it was so crowded! peole keep pushing other people around just so they could get something first. as if there isn't plenty of food in there. guess what? we've been there for 3 hours just to buy food for noche buena! we finished 15 minutes before the closing time of the mall. since there's stilla few minutes left, my sister and i went to crepes and creams to buy ice cream. she chose the berry love flavor and it was oh so yummy! check it out!

after eating we went home and here i am now typing my second post. it's a very tiring day..but i'm excited for tomorrow because it's going to be christmas eve!

yesterday seems so far away from today

we had our christmas party yesterday. it's the lamest christmas party i have ever been to. we don't know where our class funds have gone but there are rumors that our treasurer stole it and the other rumor is that some classmate borrowed the money. we didn't have food and we only had three games. some girls danced until they look like sluts. lame lame lame. then we exchanged gifts. i got a blue stuffed pillow with a teddy head.it's really cute. i also got a cute toy flower from momi and a stuffed monkey that i was longing to have from shem! thanks to her i got it at last! then we went to kfc to eat. chelsea treated us for it's her birthday the following day. we had fun. we've taken stolen shots.haha. very funny.

then i went home to take a rest and promised my friends that i'll be back in the afternooon and meet them at sm. apparently i woke up late and arrived by the fountain in the evening. then we went to boom na boom. we only had three rides but it was fun. the most unforgettable moment that i will never forget that night is when we rode sky liner. the view from above was so beautiful. we rode under the nightsky full of stars. it's so mesmerizing. the night was lovely.

we ended the night with smiles on our faces. a very unforgetful night for me, my friends and especially for chelsea for celebrating her advanced birthday with us. i hope this wouldn't be the last.
